Terms and Conditions

 

By purchasing an eDesign package you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Jessica Conner Interiors, LLC -

 

STARTING YOUR PROJECT: 

All eDesign services must be purchased in full prior to onboarding and project initiation. Once payment is received, onboarding materials and project communication will begin within 24 business hours.

Clients are expected to complete all onboarding forms, measurements, photos, and requested information within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

INACTIVITY: If the client fails to provide onboarding information for more than 14 business days, the project will be considered inactive and closed, unless other wise agreed to a later start date. Jessica Conner Interiors will make up to three follow-up attempts using the contact information provided by the client before project is formally closed.

Services are non-refundable due to administrative time, scheduling reservation, and project preparation already completed.

Clients who wish to restart a closed or inactive project after 60 days may be subject to:
• updated pricing, if applicable, and a $99 reactivation fee

  • EXECUTING YOUR DESIGN: Virtual Interior Design in conceptual in nature. After our design collaboration there are inherent risks such as out of stock items, measurement discrepancies, and fabric/tone discrepancies. Please double check my work before you order! I do my best to use accurate measurements, research fabrics, wood tones, and user reviews of all recommended items. Jessica Conner Interiors is not responsible for exact measurements and fabric/tones. We will be here to assist you as you bring your design to life! Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions during the process.  

  • CUSTOM QUOTES : In order to keep our design queue moving efficiently we ask that custom eDesign invoices be paid in a timely manner. Payment is due within 5 business days or your invoice will be voided and you will need to re-book.
  • REVISIONS: For all eDesign packages/services you will have (3) free design revisions within 14 business days of receiving. A design revision includes as many product changes you'd like to make to the design up to (3) times at no additional cost. For design changes outside of this there will be a $55/design change. For 3D renderings of final selections there is a $100 design fee for changes to your 3D rendering.

  • RE-SOURCING: You will have 30 business days to resource out of stock items. No new services/products can be added to your design under these parameters. If you need to add a product to your design there is a $55 fee per item.

  • TURNAROUND TIME: Once you have purchased your package you will receive welcome email with more details. Once homework, all photos/measurements received and once we have assessed all of your needs the turnaround clock "starts". Our turnaround time can range from anywhere to 5-10 business days. We will communicate a more specific time during onboarding. We strive work efficiently as possible to get your design to you sooner, when possible!

  • COMMUNICATION: All communications during the eDesign process will take place via email.

  • CANCELLATION/REFUNDS: There is a nonrefundable $50 fee if you'd like to cancel your eDesign service before the deliverables. After 1st deliverable the package price is nonrefundable.
